Registration as a Taipei e-Campus member is totally free.
2. Since July 1, 2011, Taipei e-Campus has allowed non-member users to access most of the courses on the Taipei e-Campus by clicking "Watch Now" . Notice that in the "Watch Now" mode, your learning path will not be recorded. If you need certification hours, please register as a member and enroll in courses. After enrollment, go to “My Course” and take courses to gain certification hours.
