In 2016, the Department of Civil Servant Development, Taipei City Government, received a gold medal as part of the HCM Excellence Awards Program organized by the US Brandon Hall Group.
In April 2016, the Department of Civil Servant Development submitted “Integrating the Assessment Center Method with the Taipei City Government Department of Civil Servant Development Division Chiefs Training Course” to the Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards Program for which it received a gold medal for Best Advance in Competency Management in the Talent Management Awards. This award showcases the efforts made by Taipei City Government to cultivate the best management talent possible and the high level of international acclaim these have received.
