Our goals are:
1. To equip civil servants with necessary work skills and to build their characters.
2. To advance the ability to plan and implement major and prioritized policies efficiently.
3. To promote interdepartmental communication and to cultivate an atmosphere of organizational learning.
4. To coordinate public and private sectors with regard to the sharing of training resources, and to forge cooperation between them.
