The Academic Program Development Division is responsible for program design, course administration, trainee evaluation, and international exchange. The division also organizes symposiums, designs and facilitates training programs for city government employees.
The Strategic Planning & Development Division is in charge of innovative and comprehensive planning, which includes managing IT facilities, organizing further education programs, running the Taipei e-Campus (our online learning website), managing the library, and organizing electronic publications. It is also responsible for research, development and evaluation, media relations and customer service.
The General Affairs Division is in charge of general matters such as payments, maintaining a hygienic environment, and the official archives. It is also responsible for managing trainees' rooms, boarding, and medical treatment.
The Personnel Division handles personnel matters.
The Accounting Division is in charge of the annual budget, accounting, and statistics.
