The Department of Civil Servant Development (DCSD) is under the jurisdiction of Taipei City Government and is headed by a commissioner, a deputy commissioner and a chief secretary. There are five divisions: Academic Program Development, Strategic Planning & Development, General Affairs, Accounting, and Personnel. The organizational structure is shown below:
