Department of Civil Servant Development

The "Taiwan Ecosystem for Public Affairs Cases & Centers" (hereinafter referred to as EcoPACC or "Case Alliance") is a collaboration between the Department and the Public Affairs Cases & Centers of the College of Social Sciences of the National Chengchi University, the Civil Service Development Institute, Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan, the National Academy of Civil Service and the Open Culture Foundation jointly organizing and presenting Mr.CHIANG Ming-Hsiu, Dean of the NCCU College of Social Sciences as the appointed Chairman for the first Taiwan Ecosystem for Public Affairs Cases & Centers. The inaugural meeting and signing ceremony were held on April 11th, 2019. In the future, DCSD will operate within an open community philosophy. Through cross-central and local government, cross-public and private interagency, transdisciplinary specialization and cooperation to play the role of case teaching, research circulation and value-added application services to enhance training effectiveness. With cross-disciplinary collaboration, everyone will move further and more efficiently together.
