In his speech, Deputy Mayor Huang stated that in the face of rapid changes in globalization, there is a growing interdependence between cities. In particular, the transportation issue which is closely related to the daily lives of the people and cooperation is the only way out of the predicament. Therefore, apart from participating colleagues from the Taipei and New Taipei governments, the forum also extended the invitation to the central authorities, to colleagues from Keelung City, Yilan County, Taoyuan City, and Hsinchu City
to co-participate in the forum. Through city-to-city cooperation, we will jointly build a more intelligent and convenient transport network for the people in the Northern Taiwan area and provide urban intelligent traffic solutions.
